Find out what happens next in an action packed entertaining show that separates fact from fiction and keeps you in your seat while you witness their amazing speed and power. There's even a chance to pet Fluffy the baby alligator and ask questions after the show.

Trade scales for feathers and enjoy an incredible view of our avian ambassadors! Our trainers will showcase the remarkable adaptations of a variety of birds from across the globe. Hear a parrot laugh, watch birds in flight, or discover how far owls can really turn their heads around. You might even get a chance to volunteer as a bird's landing platform!

Sky Dome

Get ready for a safari in our famous two-level Sky Dome! The Safari Room is a tropical oasis filled with hundreds of beautiful orchids, bromeliads, and caladiums, other tropical plants. Encounter sculptures from Papua New Guinea, and Indonesia as free-roaming lizards and frogs welcome you and the family. The mezzanine level houses the largest collection of reptiles in the world! Venture down below to the lower level where Maniac and his crocodilian friends, along with the amphibians and our BIG BUGS! dwell.

Did you know that Prairie Dogs are highly social, just like humans? Their towns can cover hundreds of acres and include a number of family groups called coteries. Get down to prairie dog level in our underground bubble and watch these little furry creatures frolic and play in our Prairie Dog Town!

Giant Tortoises

Our famous Aldabra Tortoises, Tank, Samson and Orville know the secret to a good life. These gentle giants always take it slow and they don't stress going from one place to another. Get up close, get personal, and give them some love. Be sure to take lots of pictures (the camera loves them)!

Maniac is one of a few giant saltwater crocodiles in the known world. At nearly 16 feet long and roughly 1,250 pounds, he is one of the largest giant crocodiles in the western hemisphere.

Step inside the Sky Dome to experience a warm tropical climate while exploring our indoor jungle filled with exotic and unique flora and fauna. 

Rattlesnake Gulch Funtier Town

Try your hand at gemstone sluicing, go on a 3D safari, or test your aim at the shooting gallery! Our very own old west ghost town has numerous photo opportunities and activities to keep the kids entertained.

Cheyenne's Habitat

Cheyenne the bald eagle has been a permanent resident of Reptile Gardens for 11 years with permission of the US Fish & Wildlife Service.

Maniac's habitat

Maniac is our resident giant saltwater crocodile. At over 16 feet long and1,350pounds, he is one of the largest giant crocodiles in the western hemisphere. If you don't see him at his enclosure inside the SkyDome, make sure to check outside!

Prairie Dog Town

Get down to eye-level with these fuzzy little animals and see firsthand what life is like in a typical prairie dog town!

Methuselah's Playground

Methuselah was a giant Galapagos Tortoise weighing in at over 600 pounds, and a long time resident of Reptile Gardens. His memory lives on at this playground featuring a bronze statue of Methuselah himself.
